Shipping, Refund & Returns Policy

Shipment Policy
Delivery Time:
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. Your order will be
delivered within 3 to 6 working days after its placement, depending upon the place of delivery. Delay in
deliveries is expected due to, gazette holidays, bad weather and other emergency situations. You will be
informed via telephone/email in case of any further delays in shipment that can happen if the item (s) in
your order is out of stock /unfit for dispatch.

Payment Method:
We offer the following Payment Methods:
1. Via Cash on Delivery @RS.250 (standard shipment rate throughout Pakistan, no matter how big
or small your package is)
2. Via Bank Transfer. Please contact us at support@soapboutque.com.pk or WhatsApp us at +92

We deliver all over Pakistan. For international deliveries, please contact us
at support@soapboutque.com.pk

Refund Policy and Exchange Policy

Soap Boutique does not have a full refund return policy.
However, the purchased item may be exchanged within 14 days, provided the item is returned to us for
exchange:
• Is in its original packaging
• The seal of each product is intact
• The packaging of the product has not been tampered
Procedure for Exchange:
• Contact us via e-mail us at support@soapboutque.com.pk or through our Facebook or Instagram
page and request an exchange.
• Provide a valid reason for exchanging the item.
• Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal
• Once received, we will send you the replacement item
• You will have to pay re-shipment charges

Cancellation:
Make sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest. If the item has already been shipped, the
order cannot be canceled.
